The Board has a duty under Section 14 of the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008 to have regard to the need to encourage diversity in the range of individuals available for selection to judicial appointments. The Board routinely monitors recruitment and selection procedures as part of its implementation of that duty.

The information contained in it will not be held or otherwise processed in a manner which would allow the Board Members to identify you or otherwise to link that information with you.
